Last weekend at the @SwimIreland OPEN National Championships #IOSC2017 a TEAM of 13 Athletes from TEMPLEOGUE delivered some superb performances over the 4 day competition. Focus for the event is the continuing development of racing skills, awareness of performance development areas, and the ability to implement and adapt from race to race as required.
