As we head in to a weekend of racing Regional Racing with a big @teamtscswim crew, we’re reminded of some of the core values that the TEAM have built in recent years. 

As Niamh Murphy headed off this season to her new life in Sweden, I’m reminded of one of the most impactful communications she left behind her, this wonderful picture, which hangs proudly in my home, en route from my bedroom to the rest of the apartment. 

I look at it daily and it serves to remind me that I am in control of the ‘Day’ ahead of me…. My ‘Jawsome’  Journey each and every day working with the athletes on this great TEAM. 

Hey tomorrow is another day, another chance to be Jawsome, Just Jawsome!!
