In yonder Woodies, I did venture, 
Despite a chance of Miss Adventure.  

My warped wisdom had no fear,   

With DIY, I’d shed a tear. 

Excitement of the Shower working, 

despite some weeks of medieval bathing, 

then dreams smashed & Joy deflated 

as cisterns break &  Woodies’ vacated. 

Oh ProPlumb ! I’m in shock, 

more’s the point, my plumbings a crock!
