What a way to finish the heats of @Swimireland #IAGD2 and a BIG Hats off to Laura Gleeson (14) this morning as she completed her full 100% PB performance this weekend with an incredible GOLD medal in the 400FC and a 13 second PB, which proved really lucky for her.  In the same event Arianne Courtney (14) was delighted also with her PB in the 400FC to continue her great weekend.

In the Boys 200BS Conor Kenny (12) also produced another great PB swim to take some 9 seconds off his time from earlier in the year.

In the sprint FC events Daniel Walsh (12) delivered a super PB this am and qualifies in 5th for the Final, while Sam Flanagan (12) also posted another strogn PB in his event also by over a second.

The morning finished with a 100% PB’s for the Templeogue Girls as Kate Sweeney (11), Arianne Courtney (14) and Laura Gleeson (14) all posted PB’s by over a second to conclude their individual events for the weekend, while Nicole Fitpatrick (15) did likewise in her 100FC, with a strong performance and new PB.  Anna O’Gara (16) showed her skills as she smashed a HUGE 4+ second PB as she qualified first for the Final of the 100FC this evening.

That swim concluded the individual heats for the TEAM and everyone wishes Anna & Daniel the very best of luck in tonights FINALS.
