Day 1 Heats this morning saw a massively packed Warmup in Glasgow.  The results were strong this morning as Grace Branagan and Katrin Kychygina swam strong PB’s in their 200FC, whilst Kychygina delivered a good 50BC swim to get a second chance in the ‘B’ Final this afternoon.  Niamh Bryson unfortunately had a technical problem and had to pull out of the 400IM.   The total Irish Team results were as follows
