the details of the Second report on Australian Swimmings performance at the London 2012 Olympics.  Interestingly the gaps are discipline and strong Leadership, and referenced early in the report is how it was in the Old days with Don Talbot, being described as a tough ‘Task Master’ but someone who had the respect of the athletes.
