Well done to Stephen Early and Conor O’Keeffe on their 1,2 finish @ the Bray Aquathon.  Well done too to Eoin Mongey who delivered an excellent race and was first past the finish line but with a result that wasn’t considered in the overall shake-up.  Ask him, when you see him how important racing food strategies are!!
